Standard Cakes and Sweets: We offer delivery service to majority suburbs within Sydney Metropolitan areas.
Delivery fee within 3km from Sydney CBD is FREE.

Custom Cakes & Sweets: We offer delivery service to majority suburbs within Sydney Metropolitan areas. Delivery fee will be calculated by distance and by size of the cake
Matcha powder & tea selection: We do offer shipping across Australia via Australia Post Express Post, please contact us for more information
When can I expect my delivery?
Standard cakes & sweets: We will deliver your order on the nominated dates between 10am-6pm
Custom Cakes: We will deliver your order to the nominated address within 1-2 hours prior to your event start time. Our team will also be in touch with you via email to confirm your delivery.
While we will do what we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, Dulcet Cakes & Sweets cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.
Who will be delivering my order?
All orders within Sydney metropolitan areas will be delivered by our own courier.
Please check your order carefully with the driver, i.e. item, quantity, message, etc. We are no longer responsible for any damages once the products is accepted by the customer.
What will happen to my order if I am not there when the driver arrives?
Our driver will generally make a call to you 5-10 min before their arrival, in the case you cannot make it to receiving the products, we can either leave it at a safe place, or bring it back to one of our outlet for you to collect later on the day.
Yes, you can pick up your order from any of our outlets during trading hours:
Haymarket: Mon – Tue Closed
Wed-Sat: 12pm – 7pm
Sun: 12pm- 6pm
The Galeries : Mon – Wed，Fri, Sat: 10am – 6:30pm
Thur: 10am – 8:30pm
Sun: 11am – 5:30pm
We ensure all customers are aware of proper handling and storage. Once collected, we are no longer responsible for any damages while in transit.
What will happen to my orders if I forgot to pick up on the day?
Because of the nature of our business and our quality and freshness assurance, we will dispose of any cake, baked item that is not picked up or delivered within 48 hours after the due time and you will NOT be refunded due to the above rules
